Why shall I choose your shop?

At Montessori Pack we always try to make sure we provide best products available in the market. In order to provide quality products at best prices we have partnered with worldwide suppliers. We ship directly from our manufacturers overseas to save costs.

This sometimes allows us to get some free items for just shipping and handling costs.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction: should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Have a look at our Terms and Conditions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe (powered Shopify Payment system). We plan to accept PayPal in the near future. 

What are the Shipping Costs?

We usually provide FREE shipping on all our products - except when the product is free. If there are shipping costs involved, they depend on the weight of the product and the place where we are shipping to. The total shipping costs will be shown before you complete your order.

Can you send me the tracking number?

We will send it upon request. Please note that sometimes it will not be not possible as not all of our suppliers provide us with it.

When will my order arrive?

It depends on the kind of product purchased (weight and size) and the location it's delivered to. Unless otherwise stated on the product description, most items will arrive between 2 to 5 weeks for the US and 3 to 8 weeks for the rest of the world, so please don't panic if the parcel does not show up immediately. If you have not received your parcel after 40 days for the US and 65 days for international, please contact us.


Why have I not received all the products I ordered?

When you order more than one product together they may be shipped separately so you get them as fast as possible. You may receive one item before the others. If you do not receive all your products within 61 days, please contact us.

Why is my product packaging not systematically all written in English?

Packaging as well as instructions for use may not always be written in English. The reason is that our products are shipped directly from our suppliers overseas so as to offer you the best prices.

What about your free products? Are they really free?

Our promotional products are 100% free and you just have to pay for the shipping and handling costs. It's the direct partnership with our manufacturers that allows us to do so.
